Slip-Resistant Airflow Liner

Introducing our new Slip-Resistant Airflow Liner, designed for Trailmaster Ranger Bareback Pads and Ranger Soft Saddles!

This innovative liner features a grippy, slip-resistant fabric on both sides, surrounding a highly breathable mesh foam core that allows air to flow throughout. Measuring ½ inch thick overall, it provides additional cushioning while remaining lightweight and flexible enough to conform to your horse’s contours.

The double-sided grip helps reduce unwanted movement between your horse and your bareback pad or soft saddle, offering an added measure of stability for riders concerned about shifting or rolling.

Do you need one? Not necessarily!

Most riders with a balanced seat and horses with a defined wither or spinal profile may never need additional slip resistance. However, horses come in all shapes and sizes, and some horse-and-rider combinations can benefit from a little extra grip.

That’s why we developed this optional liner: to provide an additional solution for those who need it, without sacrificing breathability or comfort.

Please note: This liner is designed to help reduce slipping and shifting but does not guarantee that a bareback pad or soft saddle cannot move or roll.

You may also be interested in our 1/8" thick wool felt liner to use under the slip resistant airflow liner. This option is good for those who do not need the grippiness but appreciate the airflow. Since it's only 1/8" thick it will absorb moisture and combined with the airflow liner it allows airflow between the sweaty liner and you saddle.
