Shipping Policy

Most Trailmaster products are made to order. We occasionally have finished products available in stock, but most orders are built after the order is placed.

Because our products are made by hand, production times vary depending on our current order volume. At times we may have only a few orders in production, while at other times we may have a considerably larger order list. We do our best to complete orders as efficiently as possible without compromising the quality of our workmanship.

Please keep in mind that production time and shipping/transit time are separate. Once your order is completed, it will be prepared for shipment.

U.S. Shipping

We ship orders within the United States using UPS and USPS. Shipping charges are calculated based on the products ordered, package size and weight, destination, and available shipping service.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery time is subject to the carrier's schedule and any delays that may occur in transit.

International Shipping

(Contact us to place an international order)

We ship internationally. International orders are handled separately and invoiced directly so that shipping arrangements and costs can be confirmed before the order is finalized. Please contact us before ordering so we can prepare an invoice and shipping quote for your destination.

All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds for products or shipping charges on international orders.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. Trailmaster Bareback Pads does not collect, control, or receive these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Once a package leaves the United States, its delivery is subject to the destination country’s customs authorities and local delivery carriers. Trailmaster Bareback Pads is not responsible for customs delays, holds, seizures, additional fees, loss, damage, or delivery problems occurring after the package leaves the United States.

Before ordering, international customers should contact the appropriate customs or government authority in their country if they need information about possible import requirements or charges.
